This unit contains the same MAX186 ADC. Two of the ADC channels pass through a sensitive high impedance audio detector and integrator circuit. This allows you to connect the ADC directly to an audio source such as a radio. Each detected channel has independent gain controls and selectable integration time constants of 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 2 seconds. The six remaining ADC inputs may be used to measure DC voltages. An external 12 volt DC power source is required.
